Investment Focus

We provide flexible capital via credit facilities collateralized by Puerto Rico’s unique R&D incentives.

  • Must be located in Puerto Rico and performing R&D activities on Puerto Rican soil.

  • $500,000 to $10,000,000+

  • Non-revolving senior note with interest accrued to the balance of outstanding principal until maturity or early repayment.

  • Companies must have an Act 60 tax decree (Act 73, 20, or 83 under the prior incentives laws).
